Vancouver, BC - June 3, 2010: Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. ("PDHS."), a Vancouver, B.C. based medical diagnostics company has scheduled its shareholders meeting to approve the amalgamation of Golden Hat Resources Inc. and PDHS. The meeting will be held on Monday, July 5, 2010. Formal notice to shareholders and requisite meeting materials are being printed and will be distributed next week.

Following approval of the amalgamation, the Company will be applying for listing on the CNSX.
