Mr. Denis Tusar, CEO of Premier Diagnostic Health Services Ltd. (“PDHS”), announced today that work is proceeding on multiple fronts at the Company’s Center for Advanced Diagnostics in Burnaby. As was reported earlier, the preliminary plan approval is in hand, the demolition work has been completed and the demising walls are in place. The steel stud partition walls are being installed, the lead shielding has been ordered and the final permit is expected in a few days.
“Ian Turner, the Company’s Vice President, Facilities and Planning, is negotiating the final details and specifications of our future PET/CT scanner which is scheduled for delivery in April. Employment agreements with key medical and technical staff have been obtained and work will begin shortly on operational and management protocols”, Mr. Tusar reported.
PDHS anticipates beginning to schedule patients in mid April for scans to be performed in early May 2010.
Mr. Tusar added, “In a few days I will provide updates on our activities regarding our public listing efforts as well as our ongoing work in China.”
