TO ALL FELLOW SHAREHOLDERS,

Premier Diagnostic Health Services announces today that in collaboration with Golden Hat Resources it will deposit $100,000 into the special trust account established to receive funds specifically set aside to plan, build, and open the first Vancouver Center for Advanced Diagnostics.

Furthermore, Premier Beijing and Petscan International Hong Kong have together pledged an additional $100,000.

The goal of $900,000 or more is expected to be attained by November 16, 2009.
