Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. (“PDH”) (CNSX:

PDH) is very pleased to provide an update on its current progress in China and Canada.

In Canada

The management team is in discussions with First Nations representatives from BC

and Alberta. The mutual goal is to provide medical imaging for the early detection of cancer as

part of a program to improve access to medical services and health care.

PDH is also engaged in discussions with Health Canada and a prominent radiopharmaceutical

supplier relating to the supply of radiopharmaceuticals into Canada. The goal is to create a

reliable, cost effective, source to service growing demand.

In China

The Company’s MRI JV clinic at #3 Military Police Hospital in Beijing, which opened in

Sept 2010, has increased scans from 25 to nearly 600 in November 2011. PDH’s China Sales

Team has now contacted more than 30 hospitals that have been assessed as suitable candidates

for JV situations. More than a dozen have responded positively. A recent development is a level

3A hospital in Sichuan Province that is seeking to acquire a new PET/CT facility. It is located

adjacent to the Chongqing cluster of hospitals where PDH is currently concentrating JV

negotiations.

The Company continues discussions with a number of financial groups, some of which are now

conducting their due diligence process. Timely access to initial senior funding and financing

would allow the Company to launch and complete at least four projects in Chongqing and

Chengdu regions this year.
